Rhodium Care Group Inc is a premiere group of highly skilled, experienced, and compassionate mental health professionals dedicated to servicing long term care facilities, adult homes and assisted livings seeing a mainly geriatric population.

Rhodium Care Group is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist/Counselor to work full time at a skilled nursing facility in Effort, PA. Scheduling is flexible and there are no weekends involved!

Therapist/Counselor Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Therapist/Counselor will see geriatric patients for inpatient therapy services.
• Knowledge of clinical work theory and practice, skills in clinical assessment, treatment plan development and implementation, group and individual treatment and case management.
• Provide for clients’ needs in an effective, culturally sensitive, professional and ethical manner.
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by employer or assigned facility.

We Require:

• Masters or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
• Valid and unrestricted licensure in PA as a Therapist/Counselor (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT) in accordance with the regulations of the state.
• Must be able to meet the credentialing requirements of the employer, Medicare and Medicaid and other payers as deemed necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
