About Job

The scheduling coordinator is responsible for the scheduling and organization of Homemakers and DSP employees. In addition to ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and acts as the liaison between clients, supervisors, caregivers, and managed care organizations.

The scheduling coordinator is also responsible for addressing client and caregivers scheduling concerns while maintaining accurate records of schedules and ensuring the client's well-being is met. Other duties include performing general office duties, including such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.

The ideal candidate has experience using Sandata and the HHAexchange scheduling portal.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a home care or home health agency preferred.
  • Prior scheduling experience required.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software such as HHAexchange and Sandata is encouraged.
  • Good written and verbal communication, computer, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts, handle emergencies, and adapt to changing client and caregiver needs.

Monday - Friday 10:00AM -4:00PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
