Job We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our HVAC team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by answering inbound calls, booking service appointments, dispatching technicians, and supporting field staff with real-time coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments, tune-ups, and maintenance calls
• Dispatch jobs to technicians based on skill, availability, and location
• Communicate with field technicians to assist with job details, directions, or follow-up
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Jobber, ServiceTitan, etc.)
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction
• Handle basic customer inquiries, resolve issues, or escalate to management as needed
• Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and scheduling efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or dispatcher role (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch software a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time | Monday to Friday | Some weekends or after-hours may be required during peak seasons

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
