Driven Behavioral Support (DBS) works with families of children with disabilities to provide support for challenging behaviors and teach new skills using the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). DBS was founded by passionate BCBAs who are committed to improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities—and we are looking for dedicated individuals to help us do so!
What does DBS Offer?

- Paid mileage, expenses and worker’s Compensation coverage.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 direct behavior therapy to clients in their home, community, or educational setting.
- Help individuals with autism improve communication, social skills, independent play, and learning.
- Implement behavior reduction and skill-building plans.
- Assist in collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Collect data and complete session notes on a daily basis.
- Other duties as assigned per clinician's experience level.
- Attend your first week of training.
Education, Requirements & Preferences:
- Required: Minimum High School diploma or National Equivalent.
- Required: Ability to work 3pm–7pm (flexible hours based on client needs).
- Required: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, negative TB test, and ability to pass a background check.
- Preferred: Energetic with the ability to easily navigate the child's physical environment (stand up/sit down easily, ability to implement appropriate interventions).
- Preferred: Experience in autism or developmental disabilities, mental health, psychology, social work, education, special education, or related fields.
- Preferred: 2 years of college coursework in psychology or a related fields.
- Preferred: 1+ year experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
