- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client.
- Provide Direct ABA Therapy in home and community settings throughout North Carolina.
- Train & Mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support positive client outcomes.
- Track Progress through data collection and analysis.
- Engage in Team Meetings & Ongoing Professional Development to grow your skills.
- Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification is required.
- Experience: Preferred background working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
