Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and community-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance our firm’s reputation, increase community engagement, and drive client outreach. This position requires a balance of relationship-building, event coordination, and digital marketing to effectively connect with potential clients and establish our presence in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Events: Plan and coordinate in-person events, workshops, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and connect with the community.
- Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with local organizations, bar associations, and referral partners to enhance firm awareness.
- Social Media & Content Marketing: Develop and manage engaging content across social media platforms, blogs, and email campaigns to educate and engage potential clients.
- Marketing Campaigns: Implement targeted campaigns that promote the firm’s legal services, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing methods.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage online reviews, client testimonials, and public relations efforts to maintain a strong brand presence.
- Print & Digital Material Creation: Design flyers, brochures, and event materials using Adobe Creative Suite for both online and offline distribution.
- Advertising & Media Relations: Assist with local advertising efforts (billboards, radio, TV, and print) and work with media outlets to position the firm as a trusted legal authority.
- Budgeting & Performance Tracking: Track marketing expenses, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in community engagement, event marketing, and digital marketing (law firm experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to build relationships with local businesses, community groups, and media partners.
- Experience in content creation and social media management to enhance firm visibility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for public outreach.
