We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to implement behavior plans and provide support in various settings.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the behavior analyst

• Assist in the collection of data on observable client behavior

• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement care plans

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized treatment plans

• Work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Utilize medical terminology in documentation and communication

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Knowledge of special education practices and principles

• Familiarity with behavioral health interventions

• Ability to follow medical documentation procedures accurately

• Understanding of care plans and their implementation

• Proficient in maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
