Statewide 40+ attorney law firm is seeking a legal billing specialist to work with our controller in all aspects of legal billing. The position is full time and in-office preferably in our Pleasanton. Will consider exceptional candidates based in Los Angeles, Pacific Grove or San Diego. Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, attention to detail and an ability to manage a high-volume work flow a must. College degree preferred. Skills Required: 5+ yrs legal billing experience; literacy in legal billing software, MS Word & Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
