Your Role:

Conduct behavioral assessments (FBAs) and create customized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists/RBTs in implementing therapy programs.
Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure effective behavior strategies at home.
Track client progress, adjust goals, and modify interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families, schools, and team members to achieve positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Current BCBA Certification (required).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in home-based ABA therapy or clinic settings (preferred).
