About the Role: Part-Time Bartender / Bar Supervisor at Lark's located in the Ashland Springs Hotel in downtown Ashland.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender / Bar Supervisor to join our team at Ashland Springs Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. This role requires a high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service to our guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques and recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy weight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fine dining or upscale bar environment
  • Certification in bartending or mixology
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Experience with inventory management software

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:

As a Bartender, you will use your bartending skills to prepare and serve a variety of beverages to our guests. You will also use your guest service skills to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift and carry heavy weight will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your attention to detail and organizational skills will be critical in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Finally, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to interact effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
