We have an opening for a Community Care Manager who can answer yes to these questions. Experience in the health care or home care industry is required. This role is responsible for
- Developing strong relationships with community partners
- Onboarding caregivers
- Planning and executing care plans
- Addressing clients' questions
- Educating community partners about our services
- Managing a small office.
The ideal Community Care Manager position candidate has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care, healthcare, or senior care industries and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.
Community Care Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet business development goals
- Establish relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, and fiduciaries.
- Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources to generate business leads
- Plan and organized community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
- Managing day-to-day operations of a small office.
- Onboard caregivers
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation includes a base salary and a bonus/commission component (up to 75K commensurate with commissions). Depending upon experience and results.
- Mileage reimbursement (as applicable)
- Use of company car (as applicable)
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses is required.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development preferred
- Experienced in cold calling
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in business and/or a healthcare-related field is preferred
