About Job
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Proficiency in various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and others.
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, and Functional Assessments.
- Develop comprehensive reports such as functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Design and implement individualized programming based on client needs and caregiver input.
- Proficient in using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and others.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and program adjustment.
