  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Preferred:
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Proficiency in various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and others.

This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement personalized programs, train staff, and contribute to the ongoing success of our client's nationally recognized programs.Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, and Functional Assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive reports such as functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for clients.
  • Design and implement individualized programming based on client needs and caregiver input.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and program adjustment.
