$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS****

1st $500.00: after 30 days of employment

2nd $500.00: after 6 months of employment

Essential Duties

Communicates and assists all patients with their transportation needs which include regular contact with their insurance company and constant tracking and updating of all standing orders.
Acts as liaison with the MCC) designated transportation companies.
Facilitates Orientation groups I time per week to review FGC OMT handbook.
Acts as back up staff member to assist in completion of the Intake Screening for Immediate Access to Care.
Monitor behavioral compliance issues and report concerns and/or noncompliance to the primary counselor and/or Program Manager.
Provide standby didactic group services.
Provide orientation for new patients.
Assist patients with community resources to obtain medication when necessary.
Plan and coordinate sober leisure activities for all patients.
Conduct group didactic instruction, and case management support of the primary counselor

Work Schedule: Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week and available for Saturday, opening and closing (if needed). Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (can vary as based on needs of patients). Hours may vary based on program needs of agency and flexibility is required.

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 120 N. 11th St, Springfield, IL

Pay Rate: Up to $19.23 per hour; based on experience

Experience And Skills

Education and/or Experience: A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Have a minimum one year of recovery from substance use, mental health, or co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Certified by the Illinois Certification Board (ICB, Inc.) as a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) or be certified within one year of employment date.
