Farmington Valley Counseling Center is a warm, vibrant group practice known for exceptional therapy with children, teens, and families. We’re growing—and looking for 2–3 outstanding therapists to join our team.

What You'll Love:

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD (CT license)
• 3–5+ years post-licensure
• Experienced working with children, teens, and families
• Skilled in treating anxiety, ADHD, ASD, and behavioral challenges
• Passionate, collaborative, and ready to thrive in private practice
