Full-time therapist to offer in-person and telehealth therapy without the stress of paying for overhead, billing for services, chasing after denied claims, checking benefits or verifying coverage. This is a W-2 employee position that offers PTO, health insurance benefits, and 401K match for full time staff.
About Our Practice: Insights is a group practice offering therapy and diagnostic services for individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, learning differences, co-morbid mood disorders, and trauma. Insights, Colorado Assessment and Therapy is an insurance-based practice. We accept several major insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, Health First Medicaid, CoAccess and CCHA. We strongly believe that quality therapeutic and diagnostic services should be financially accessible to all and offering insurance-based services is a small way we see to provide social justice to marginalized communities. We are seeking someone to join our team who holds similar values toward the mental health system.
About the Job:
Seeking full time therapist to provide individual and family counseling to the population that we serve. Benefits of the job include:

Competitive, bi-monthly pay. Position is compensated far higherthan community mental health and caseload is much more manageable
Supervision provided-employees get paid admin rate for their participation in supervision
No on-call or crisis services. We are not a crisis center and do not offer this to clients
Flexible schedule with weekday hours. No late evenings or weekends required
All billing/payment, scheduling, and administrative tasks completed by our full-time administrative support staff

Use of EHR for centralized notes and scheduling
Consultation with licensed, experienced professionals
Completely furnished office in gorgeous 1920s Victorian with full security system
Required Qualifications
Pre-licensed in the state of Colorado. Must be registered with DORA as a therapist candidate as LPCC or MFTC
Masters degree from accredited program
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Preferred
Genuine compassion and passion for working directly with populations we serve
Experience with working with children and adults affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, learning differences, and co-morbid mood disorders
Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients
Excellent interpersonal skills including assertive communication
Ability to maintain timely progress notes and treatment plans
Interest in strong professional relationships with fellow team members
Ongoing effort to increase multicultural competence and inclusiveness
