Teardown and Crating Assembler

1st Shift - Monday-Friday

Green Bay, WI, United States

As a Teardown and Crating Assembler at EMT International, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our finished machinery is safely disassembled, securely packaged, and shipped in excellent condition. Your work directly impacts our customers’ satisfaction by delivering a complete and high-quality “out-of-box experience.”

Teardown and Crating Assembler Essential Functions:

  • Disassemble electrical and mechanical components to teardown machines using hand, power, and air tools.
  • Prepare machinery for shipment using skids, crates, and vacuum-sealed bags.
  • Load and unload trucks with a forklift.
  • Inspect and verify outgoing shipments for quality and completeness.
  • Support various facility improvement tasks such as cleaning, organizing, minor carpentry, and painting.

Teardown and Crating Assembler Qualifications:

  • No specific experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with a variety of tools.
  • Basic computer and tablet skills; Microsoft Office experience.
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
