About Job

  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000 FT & $2,500 PT

  • Role: Deliver high-quality direct care to tenants under RN/AL Clinical Manager supervision, following Service Plans and MN BON standards

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating tenants' plans of care; monitor and report health changes

  • Oversee and delegate tasks to unlicensed staff

  • Qualifications: Approved nursing education, current MN LPN license, CPR certification

  • Work in a supportive, inclusive environment focused on resident well-being
