- Assist with hiring & training CNA's and Caregivers
- Mentor caregiving team
- Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
- Maintain staff schedules
- Assist with Med pass & caregiving tasks as needed.
- Monitor in-house pharmacy requests/communications
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
- Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years preferred
- Scheduling experience strongly preferred
- CNA, HCA or LPN license is required
