How you will make an impact:
Chapel View is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Staff Development Coordinator who would play a critical role in enhancing the quality of care by designing and implementing targeted training programs that keep staff up to date with best practices and regulatory standards. By fostering continuous learning and professional growth, the coordinator would help build a more confident, skilled, and cohesive care team, ultimately improving resident outcomes and satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Requirements:
- Currently Registered and Licensed as an RN in the State of MN.
- Currently CPR Certified
- Prior experience in staff development, training and education is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long term care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
