Pay: $32.00/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: Candidates should possess an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in data management, record keeping, and troubleshooting within the medical device field or other relevant areas involving organization, technical aptitude, and data management.

Key Duties:

  • Analyze and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner.
  • Ensure proper coding and accurate assessment of complaints.
  • Perform data entry
  • Prepare reports and graphs for special projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to complaints and lot qualification.
  • Review and analyze lot documentation (e.g., Device History Records) to identify anomalies linked to reported product failures.
  • Process feedback letters
  • Communicate findings to product support managers for various reporting sites.
  • Perform basic product reviews and failure analyses.
