Job Title: Social Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The primary role of the Social Worker is to provide support and assistance to individuals and families in need. The Social Worker will assess clients' needs, develop treatment plans, provide counseling, and connect clients to resources and services within the community.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Providing counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges
• Connecting clients to resources and services within the community, such as housing assistance, healthcare, and mental health services
• Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring they receive the support they need
• Collaborating with other professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and social service agencies, to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• State licensure or certification as a Social Worker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Knowledge of social service agencies and resources in the community
• Experience working with individuals and families in crisis or facing difficult circumstances
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
