What You Will Be Doing

• Leading interactive workshops that teach life skills such as public speaking, resilience, and teamwork
• Motivating students to achieve academic excellence through personalized coaching and encouragement
• Building strong relationships with students to foster a love for learning and personal growth
• Using data and student feedback to tailor support and celebrate progress
• Encouraging peer mentorship and skill-sharing among students

• Delivering traditional academic lessons or grading assignments
• Creating lesson plans or managing outdated educational methods
• Pushing students through rigid, one-size-fits-all curriculums

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Willingness to work on-site at our Bastrop, TX campus
• Experience coaching/motivating young people (e.g., athletic coach, camp counselor, mentor)
• Track record of high achievement (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
