Importantly, our focused therapy model ensures that therapy is targeted and skill-based, with no element of non therapeutic activities involved, and clients typically receive less than 25 hours of care per week.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and independent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ABA services to a caseload of up to 15 clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized treatment. You will play a crucial role in the clinical development and supervision of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), both individually and in group settings. The ideal candidate will be an innovative and critical thinker, driven by a desire to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. We seek a motivated and self-driven employee who proactively collaborates with the program manager to address clinic needs as they arise. Furthermore, our BCBAs have the autonomy to select their clients and recommend treatment hours based on their clinical expertise and judgment.This is a salary exempt position requiring a minimum of 65 billable hours per month.!!!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Develop and monitor data collection systems to track client progress and make data-based decisions.
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including individual supervision meetings and group training sessions.
- Ensure RBTs are implementing treatment plans with fidelity and providing effective instruction.
- Conduct regular treatment integrity checks and provide constructive feedback to RBTs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and reports in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
- Participate in weekly and monthly clinical team meetings and training sessions.
- Stay current with relevant research and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.
- Adhere to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Demonstrate independent thinking and problem-solving skills in clinical decision-making.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical guidelines.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 05:30 PM
- Rotating Fridays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
