Description
Compleat KiDZ is the largest and fastest growing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment organization in North Carolina. What sets us apart is our ability to provide all pediatric services under one roof and our team approach to patient care. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 18 clinics using a play-based model.
As BCBA Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting skill assessments, and behavior assessments to create individualized treatment programs.

BCBA Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analyst or related fields required.
- North Carolina BCBA license and BACB certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or obtain the NC license within 30 days of employment required.
- 3 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst preferred.
- Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.
- Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, draw on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.
- Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, including instruction on intervention rationale, behavior function, and literature-based validation.
