The Bethesda Group Psychological Services (TBG) (www.thebethesdagroup.com)—is a well-established private practice with office locations in Bethesda and Baltimore County. TBG provides adherent DBT, DBT-C, RO-DBT, CBT, and Testing for children, adolescents, adults, and families. TBG is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Child and Adolescent Therapist. Remote, hybrid, and in-person positions available.
The Bethesda Group is seeking therapists with a passion for working with children, parents, and families. Therapists at TBG provide intakes, individual therapy, and participate in TBG’s DBT consultation teams. We are seeking clinicians who want to be part of a team and love to continue to learn and grow as professionals. We offer supervision, peer consultation, and learning opportunities as a regular part of our clinician's experience at TBG.

Therapists with strong interest, experience, and/or training in DBT-C are strongly encouraged to apply. TBG provides clinical support through training, supervision, and consultation team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, parent, family, and group therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Stay current with research and advancements in the field of therapy
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a therapist
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments for children and adolescents
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families required
- Strong interest in providing DBT-A/DBT-C preferred
- Experience in DBT-C is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
