About Job
My ABA Services is looking to add a new BCBA to its team.
They say it takes a village to raise any individual to success.
Here at My ABA, we would like to be that village. A company that embodies and reflects the diverse community we serve.
This is a great position to supplement your income. You will have the ability to set your schedule, and we permit having multiple employers. Supervision is primarily conducted vie Telehealth, and our cases are easily managed. All staff meetings and trainings are conducted online, which give our team the freedom they need to manage multiple obligations.
Our ideal candidate will have at least two years of field experience, with a skill set in report writing, parent education, staff training, and session documentation. Most of our client base is located in central Los Angeles, and we use a hybrid supervision model.
If hired, the candidate will undergo an initial 90-day probationary period. During this period, the position will be part-time as we build their caseload. Compensation will be paid hourly between $65-$70 per hour. Benefits include: health insurance, dental, retirement savings, paid leave, paid holidays, and credentialing and training reimbursement.
We are committed to employing a team that directly connects to the patients we serve. This company was founded on the idea that everyone should receive the highest quality of care and employment without discrimination. No matter your stance, everyone has something unique to offer, and we hope to nurture those attributes so that everyone within our village thrives!
