Hiring for
: School-Based Therapist

Location: Naugatuck, CT school district (Elementary School & High School)

Type of role: Fee for Service

Option of: Part-time (10+ sessions a week)

Qualifications: Active LPC, LMFT, LADC, or LCSW licensure in Connecticut

Fee for Service Rates: Fully licensed clinicians

  • $60 – intake, one-hour session, one-hour meeting, family sessions
  • $45 – for 45-minute sessions
  • $30 – for 30-minute sessions/supervision

We are made up of licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCA, LMSW, MFTA) who provide an array of services, including individual, family, and group counseling. Headquartered in Naugatuck, CT, but also delivering telehealth services state-wide, we are committed to providing comprehensive therapy services that address the diverse needs of our communities.

This position is based within the Naugatuck Public School District. Clinicians will provide therapy services within the assigned school hours.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services to a designated caseload of students.
  • Assess students' mental health needs, educational progress, and social-emotional functioning through clinical interviews, observations, and consultations with teachers, school staff, parents, and external providers assisting families.
  • Collect, analyze, maintain, and update records and data related to students' social and behavioral development.
  • Establish both short-term and long-term goals tailored to meet students' needs.
  • Facilitate referrals for students, parents, and families to appropriate community agencies as necessary.
