About Job

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health issues is preferred.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with medical records management is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
