• Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing ongoing support, feedback, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to create individualized goals and strategies across various settings.
• Deliver therapy services when necessary, teaching functional skills and implementing behavior management techniques.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, and intervention plans in compliance with professional standards.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Certification as a BCBA in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Dedication to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
