Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – TelehealthLocation: Dubuque, IowaJob Types: Full-timePay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefitsSchedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)We’re seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Iowa to join our growing team of compassionate, client-centered professionals. If you're looking for a remote position that offers autonomy, support, and purpose, this is your next move.As part of our virtual care team, you’ll provide high-quality therapy services to clients across Iowa via a secure telehealth platform.What You’ll Do
  • Providing individual therapy to adults, teens, or children based on your specialty and preference
  • Conducting initial intakes and diagnostic assessments via video sessions
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
  • Maintaining clinical documentation using our HIPAA-compliant EHR
  • Attending virtual team meetings, case consultations, and supervision (optional for licensed clinicians)
Requirements
  • An active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (Required)
  • A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus, but not required)
  • Strong skills in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relational issues
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working independently in a virtual setting
  • A quiet, private space for sessions, and reliable internet access
