About Job
- Providing individual therapy to adults, teens, or children based on your specialty and preference
- Conducting initial intakes and diagnostic assessments via video sessions
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Maintaining clinical documentation using our HIPAA-compliant EHR
- Attending virtual team meetings, case consultations, and supervision (optional for licensed clinicians)
- An active LMHC license in the state of Iowa (Required)
- A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong skills in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relational issues
- Comfortable using digital tools and working independently in a virtual setting
- A quiet, private space for sessions, and reliable internet access
