About Job
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. You’ll provide ongoing training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure that client goals are being met effectively and ethically.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies
- Attend team meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification (in good standing with the BACB)
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical standards
- Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or other developmental disorders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
