Direct Behavioral Strategies is looking to add a BCBA to our team in the Orlando area. We have two clinic locations and in-home/ school cases for a part-time to full time caseload.
We are a small company that focuses on quality and not quantity. We ensure that you are supported in all areas and you have direct contact with the owner so you are never left to figure things out on your own. We take the time to get to know our families so we can assign the right RBT and BCBA to each case.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision and/ or direct ABA therapy in the home, community, school or clinic.
- Train parents on how to implement programming and interventions on a consistent basis.
- Complete intake/ assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients.
- Complete reassessments bi-annually for each client and make recommendations for future service hours.
- Monitor graphing and programming updates monthly.
- Provide supervision of student analysts towards BCBA certification.
- Attend bi-monthly BCBA Meeting for updates and feedback.
- Meet with owner monthly to review caseload and RBT monitoring.
- Provide weekly supervision for each RBT.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- BCBA Certification
- At least two years of experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities or significant problem behaviors.
- Medicaid Provider with active Medicaid number

Pay: From $57.00 per hour
