Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct support and supervision to RBTs
• Work in-person with families a few days a week
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure client success

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in ABA therapy
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
