How you will make an impact:
Emerald Crest of Burnsville and Shakopee is seeking a Housing Director who can create a warm, supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home. By overseeing daily operations and building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, they play a vital role in enhancing quality of life and promoting a sense of community. Their leadership directly impacts resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and the overall success of the facility. With compassion and strategic oversight, the Housing Director helps shape a place where seniors can truly thrive.
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Position Requirements:
- Must be LALD Certified for MN (Licensed Assisted Living Director)
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to supervise and delegate to licensed and unlicensed staff in two buildings
- Ability to split time between two buildings efficiently- 100+ units between the two locations
- Valid Driver’s License
- Familiar with general nursing and geriatric nursing practices
- Previous management in Assisted Living, Senior Services, Housing, or SNF preferred
- Familiar with Medicaid and maximizing benefits
