CSS is seeking for individuals who are dependable, flexible, enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn. Interventionists will provide one--‐on--‐one ABA intervention to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
Must be willing to work untill 8 PM and drive to clients.
General Job Responsibilities
- Implements Applied Behavioral Analysis interventions in one--‐on--‐one setting
- Attends scheduled intervention sessions
- Collects all required documentation during intervention sessions
- Attends and participates in monthly program clinical meetings and all professional growth meetings
- Assists families in implementing an individualized intervention plan
- Assists in training meetings for caregivers
- Uses ABA technology to teach target specific goals as directed by supervisor
- Communicates effectively (oral and written) with caregivers regrading intervention procedures and client progress
- Assists new trainees during training overlaps
- Interprets and implements clinical protocols as directed by supervisor
- Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work and therapeutic environment
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling procedures when working with clients
- Collaborate with treatment with, caregivers, other professionals, and CSS staff
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA, and follow BACB Code of Ethics
Other Duties/Skills/Abilities
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety if postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
- Collect the appropriate documentation for billing and admin purposes
- Produce required administrative and clinical paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
- Render service appointments
- Maintain punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with clients
- Check email and schedule on daily basis
- Comply with company’s policies, procedures, and timelines
- Learn, respect, and represent the mission statement of the company Job
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience working with children with developmental delays preferred
- Required: School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Required: Valid Driver’s License, proof a car insurance, and reliable transportation
- Required: Medical clearance of active Tuberculosis
- Required: Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Department of Investigations clearance
- Preferred: Bilingual'
