Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in San Diego, CA,. The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, providing direct therapy, and parent education. The BCBA will also supervise and train behavior technicians, ensure treatment fidelity, and collect and analyze data to monitor progress.


Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
  • Background in Psychology
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related disorders is a plus
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
