Our team is looking for an Intake Coordinator, preferably with Medicare or hospice experience, for our Calhoun office. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and a team player. Some of the tasks associated with the position are:

• Patient referral management

• Coordination of referral communication

• Patient referral documentation and record keeping

• Scheduling and logistics

Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will live in or around the Calhoun area.

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospice Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person.
