Roberts Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on your preference and availability. We offer a flexible, team-oriented workplace where your contributions truly matter.

About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, professional face that welcomes our patients and helps ensure their experience is smooth from start to finish. You'll support clinic directors, manage scheduling, handle insurance details, and provide top-tier service that reflects our patient-first values.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors
• Manage clinician schedules to ensure optimal patient capacity
• Assist with insurance verification, billing, and co-pay collection
• Support the billing specialist and other administrative tasks
• Assist with training new staff
• Communicate with outside providers, vendors, and insurance payors
  
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and internal policies

What We're Looking For

• Ability to travel to our Wisconsin Rapids, Plainfield, and Amherst clinics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and practice management software
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Background in medical billing or insurance preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (business school a plus)
