Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. You will play a critical role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to improve the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.
- Provide training and supervision to staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collect and analyze research data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment planning and progress tracking.
- Advocate for clients by promoting understanding of behavioral health needs within the community.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in research data collection methods and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- A compassionate approach towards providing behavioral therapy services.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
