We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological evaluations for government contractors by conducting comprehensive assessments to determine an individual’s psychological fitness for specific roles, clearances, or operational tasks. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Document evaluation findings in detailed and structured reports.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay current with developments in the field of psychology through continuous education and training.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice psychology.
• Knowledge and experience in psychological testing.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
• Experience working with pediatric and adult population.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
