Join Our Team a Lead BCBA Welcome to Inspire Horizons! We are an innovative therapy center committed to supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities. As a clinician-run organization, we unite experts in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to create a collaborative and effective environment for our clients and their families. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a Lead BCBA you will evaluate clients' needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide supervision/mentorship to BCBA's. Compensation: $95,000 - $104,000 DOE Work Schedule:
- Clinic ABA hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM
- No weekends or travel required
- All clinic-based care Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a reduced patient caseload.
- Conduct consultation, assessment, and evaluation of new and ongoing therapy patients.
- Make appropriate, culturally responsive treatment recommendations based on clinical evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor client progress and make data driven treatment decisions.
- Participate in co-treats and collaboration with other providers for patient coordination of care.
- Maintain professional and accurate clinical records according to payor, licensing, and agency standards.
- Promote and model healthy self-care and work-life balance. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Facilitate co-treats and collaboration between providers.
- Support team with treatment planning, challenging client profiles, and family dynamics.
- Complete periodic clinical chart audits for quality and compliance purposes
- Review treatment plans a documentation through regular clinical quality monitoring procedures.
- Complete regular goal setting and progress monitoring with your team
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and yearly evaluations.
- Promote a professional working environment.
- Conduct team/departmental meetings.
- Engage in Organizational leadership team meetings.
- Attendance tracking: Approve PTO, coordinate clinic coverage plans for your team
- Support change management of the organization.(what does this refer to? The 2 lines below? Support onboarding?
- Support the Interview process by hosting second interviews and tours.
- Support Onboarding and Training of new team members.
- Supervision of assistant certified clinicians
- Work closely with the Clinical Leadership to ensure excellence in clinical operations and services.
