The Performance Psychologist focuses on optimizing mental performance and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on psychological aspects of performance.
  • Develop mental training programs.
  • Provide psychological support to individuals and teams.
  • Collaborate with other researchers and professionals.

Qualifications

  • PhD or Master’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in performance psychology.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in applied psychology.
  • Knowledge of mental training techniques.
