Contract Length: 36 Weeks | Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,437.50 (Based on Experience)Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an esteemed Educational Services client in San Diego, CA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on students by developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that support their academic and social success.Job Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
California state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Experience working in a school or clinical setting preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
