Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, focusing on mental health support and social services. This role requires a strong understanding of crisis intervention, child welfare, and addiction counseling, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients to develop effective treatment plans.

Job Details:

• Position: Master Social Worker (MSW)
• Shift: Days (Mon-Fri) 8am-5pm
• Location: El Cajon, CA 92020
• Duration: Full Time Permanent
• Pay Range: $37/hr - $47/hr (Experience Based)

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage clients in their personal growth and recovery journey.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff or interns in clinical practices and ethical standards of social work.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• CPR certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
