We are seeking an experienced and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to serve as Program Director for our client's OASAS-certified addiction services program in Far Rockaway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program (70%), as well as providing clinical supervision and oversight (30%).

Responsibilities:

Operations (70%):

• Manage program budget, including financial planning and reporting

• Oversee program operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facilities management

• Ensure compliance with OASAS regulations and standards

• Develop and implement program policies and procedures

• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure coordination of care

• Participate in agency-wide leadership and planning

Clinical (30%):

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists and counselors

• Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning as needed

• Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with OASAS regulations and standards

• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure coordination of care

Requirements:

• LCSW certification in New York State

• Minimum 5 years of experience in addiction services, including 2 years of supervisory experience

• OASAS-certified program experience preferred

• Strong operational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
