We’re seeking a seasoned Lead Inside Sales Agent to convert 1,000+ monthly leads (Zillow Flex, Realtor.com VIP, etc.) into appointments. You'll leverage calls, texts, email, and AI follow-up systems to grow database sales. Strong performers have leadership advancement opportunities as we continue scaling our high-performance multi-city real estate team.
Compensation:$90,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:- Manage and nurture a growing database of buyer and seller prospects to maximize long-term conversion opportunities.
- Proactively engage and convert leads through phone, text, email, and AI-driven follow-up systems to generate qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with team leaders and agents to provide timely updates and ensure smooth client handoffs.
- Mentor and support junior inside sales agents as the team grows, with potential to move into a leadership role.
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
