Position Details:

• Role: Part-time clinician specializing in Functional Family Therapy (FFT) or Experiential Play Therapy (EPT)
• Schedule: Evenings & weekends only (minimum 15 hours per week)
• Compensation:
• • $40-$45/hour for non-independent clinicians (LMHC, LMSW, AMFT)
  • $50-$55/hour for independently licensed clinicians (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Plus a $10 differential for Weekends in person
• Compensation is based on experience, licensure, and qualifications

About Experiential Play Therapy (EPT): EPT is a dynamic, hands-on therapeutic approach that empowers children to explore, express, and heal through immersive, interactive play experiences, fostering deep emotional growth and meaningful breakthroughs.

About Functional Family Therapy (FFT): FFT is a proven, evidence-based approach that strengthens family relationships, improves communication, and creates lasting positive change in family dynamics.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and strengths
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Utilize FFT or EPT to support client healing
• Make referrals to internal and external resources as needed
• Maintain clinical standards and compliance with agency/state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings & supervision
• Complete documentation (diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes)
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client outcomes

Requirements

Master Decree in Social Work or Counseling and hold or applying for a license as a LMHC, LMSW, AMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT.
