Eunoia Mental Health is a fully virtual therapy practice in Michigan. Founded in 2021 as a solo practice, we expanded into a group in 2022 and currently have 5 therapists on our roster! EMH is dedicated to providing accessible, effective, and innovative mental health care. This position is an opportunity to provide teletherapy from home and be a formative member of the company.

This position will scale as your caseload grows. EMH is looking for a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW-C) who will bring their own specialty and expertise to the role. This is not a contracted role, but rather a W2 role- perfect for someone who is looking to stay! The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of therapy experience and be fully trained in empirically-based interventions. Because this is a fully remote role, you will need a quiet secure workspace with a secure connection and neutral background. EMH is dedicated to innovative and non-judgemental care. Job Responsibilities:

Perform virtual clinical counseling services to patients of EMH, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely response to emails and messages is required.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for EMH.
Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 24 hours whether such requests are made by phone, voicemail, etc. or through your supervisor. Respond to such requests by speaking with, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, probation officer, school, etc.) as necessary.
Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by EMH or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
Charge and collect payments from patients for services provided consistent with the policy and rate for such services as established by EMH as needed.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by EMH.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of EMH. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
