Job Description:

Hamaspik of Kings County Inc. is currently seeking a NYS licensed, skilled, Early Intervention Clinical Psychologist to evaluate young children for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Milestones, our Early Intervention program serves all 5 NYC boroughs with highest concentration in Brooklyn. The role involves conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R), and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide accurate diagnoses and tailored intervention recommendations. You will work closely with parents to support their child’s developmental progress and help connect them to appropriate services and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret ASD assessments (ADOS-2, ADI-R).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for holistic evaluations.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations for early intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Masters/Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
• NYS Licensed Psychologist.
• Experience in assessing young children, particularly for ASD.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
