Job Summary
The Program Manager, School Counselor Support is responsible for supporting Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and school based Pupil Personnel Service Providers build capacity in the areas of school counseling. The Program Manager will provide culturally relevant and responsive professional development, training, and provide consultation in the areas of school counseling with specific attention to equity and removing barriers to success for vulnerable student populations. The Program Manager will also develop systems of support to assist LEAs build capacity for Pupil Personnel Service personnel to draw down medical billing revenues through new state initiatives. This job reports to the assigned administrator.

Requirements / Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling (required)
- Master’s degree in social work, welfare, psychology or counseling (preferred)
- Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in Pupil Personnel Services at a school site (required)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Pupil Personnel Service providers at a district or county level (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (highly preferred)
- Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record (required)
